We do not sell, rent or lend to anyone our member lists, names or addresses.
RON WALLACE ENTERPRISES, INC. (RWE), doing business as Music Discovery Network, Creative Musicians Coalition, Artistic Outlet, Da Vinci Outlet, and CreativeCenters.com recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by our members and users of our related websites and contests. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users' and members' right to privacy to guide our relationships.
Information Collected by RWE
RWE collects information about users and members during their participation in certain activities on our websites, including contests, polls and orders. In all cases, users and members provide voluntary information about themselves. We do not collect personal information during web page requests.
Use of Information
RWE will not reveal any personal information that users and members provide to us to any third party without their permission. We do use the information to gather broad demographic information in general. This information does not contain anything that can identify users or members personally. We may combine demographic information to provide profiles, in aggregate form, about our users and members and their preferences. We may share this composite information with our advertisers and associates and sponsors to help them better understand our services, but RWE does not give information about individual users.
Using e-mail and postal mail addresses provided by users and members, RWE periodically sends out newsletters and promotional materials about services and products offered by RWE and its advertisers, associates, and sponsors. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail or postal mail information from RWE or its advertisers and sponsors.
Third parties will not contact our users through the use of our lists except through advertisements within our newsletters.
Upon request, RWE will remove users and members (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further newsletters or contacts. Although RWE does not specifically seek to obtain any information from children, there is nothing to stop them from registering their information. We urge children only to give us any information after they have discussed it with their parents.
General
RWE is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its advertisers and sponsors. RWE uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to responsible third parties after we receive permission from the user or member.
